The addiction grows from the power of your mind. Temptation is systematic through our choices. You will defame your heavenly Father through the shame sin brings to your life. The fear of the Lord is your greatest deterrent from sin. The power of sin so dulls your senses that it causes you to linger under the judgment of God. The power of sin makes you blind and insane. You're under the power of temptation when you count the earthly treasures as better than God. Warning signs. The way out. you're still flirting with it if you aren't angry with it.
